No exterior wood to paint or maintain, causing faded exterior.
Many new construction townhomes have unsightly (eye sore) electric hanging to the house. Not at the Roe. Careful attention to detail was taken to keep the exterior beautiful with a gorgeous modern front (without unsightly wires hanging).
