Our Wellness Experience
The Roe features an expansive on-site gym. In fact, it is one of the largest apartment gyms in the Manayunk area and beyond – yet it is shared among only a limited number of residences.
After your work out or yoga session, relax in on-site parks, or read a book in our cozy nooks.
Yoga Flex Space
Adjacent to the main gym, we have a cardio/flex fit space for yoga, free weights, or perhaps bring your own on-demand video. A luxury Manayunk apartment with a gym and yoga flex space.
State of Art Equipment
The stunning gym features virtually all the main equipment an apartment gym could have including over 7 types of cardio machines alone, Peleton, as well as expansive weight lifting options, functional training equipment, Smith Machine, and lots of accessories including TRX bands and Plyo Box. When done at the gym, head out for a walk to Tow Path (4 minute walk) or Cynwyd Heritage Trail for a relaxing walk or run outdoors creating ultimate indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
Extra Storage
If you need a little bit extra space, we have storage lockers available to rent. Our rates are reasonable, convenient, and provide easy access to those items that you don’t need frequently. For example, perhaps Winter clothes (during the summer), extra memorabilia, or extra boxes to free up the clutter.
