Does The Roe allow pets?

Yes. The Roe allows cats and dogs. Breed, weight, and pet count restrictions apply. Contact a Rental Consultant for details and cost.

The Roe includes four residential collections, three historic buildings, and townhome rentals coming soon. The community spans a full city block and includes green parks, a fitness center, dog spa, and co-working space. The property is located 1 block from the train station and 1.5 blocks from Main Street.

Yes. The on-site fitness center includes cardio equipment, strength training machines, dynamic exercise machines, free weights, and a dedicated yoga flex space for individual workouts and recovery.
