From the Manayunk Train Station, take the train and be in Center City Philadelphia in less than 20 minutes. It’s fast and easy, and avoid the stress of traffic.

Jefferson Station and Suburban Station are the two main train stops in Center City. From here, you can pretty much walk to everything in downtown Center City Philadelphia.

A little known train secret: Ardmore Station in the Main Line goes to New York City direct. The Roe at Manayunk is uniquely close (12-minute drive) to Ardmore’s Amtrak Station. Take your car or take a ride-sharing service.
From Ardmore Station, you can take an Amtrak train direct into New York (less than 2 hours). This allows you go to New York without having to go to 30th street station (although 30th Street is a good option as well).
Connect to D.C. and NYC
In less than 30 minutes, go from the Manayunk Train Station to 30th Street Station. From 30th Street Station, you can take Amtrak directly into New York City Penn Station or Washington DC, Boston, and more to visit those friends and family, or just for the perfect getaway vacation.
