Does The Roe allow pets?
Yes. The Roe allows cats and dogs. Breed, weight, and pet count restrictions apply. Contact a Rental Consultant for details and cost.
What features are available at The Roe?
The Roe includes four residential collections, three historic buildings, and townhome rentals coming soon. The community spans a full city block and includes green parks, a fitness center, dog spa, and co-working space. The property is located one block from the train station and 1.5 blocks from Main Street.

Amenities include a fitness center, yoga flex space, co-working space, pet spa, three green parks, resident parking, EV charging stations, bike parking, on-site private storage rentals, and fitness center lockers. Some amenities require extra fee.
Are fitness facilities available on site?
Yes. The on-site fitness center includes cardio equipment, strength training machines, dynamic exercise machines, free weights, and a dedicated yoga flex space for individual workouts and recovery.
Is parking available at The Roe?

Are there outdoor spaces at the community?
Yes. The community includes three green parks: Heights Park, Mosaic Park, and Bell Park.

The Roe at Manayunk offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Penthouse apartments are bi-level. Three-bedroom townhome rentals coming soon (private entrance and attached garage).

What is located near The Roe?
The Roe is located one block from the train station with access to Center City and University City. Main Street is approximately 1.5 blocks away and includes restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, and retail boutiques. The community is within walking distance of several trails, including the Schuylkill River Trail, Manayunk Bridge Trail, and Cynwyd Heritage Trail, and a short drive from Wissahickon Valley Park (one of largest parks in Philadelphia area). Over 85+ miles of trails are within minutes of the community.
