Historic Tables
Nearly every table in the co-work space was hand-built from original salvaged timber beams dating back to 1849 and 1908 — a timeless blend of craftsmanship, sustainability, and story. Work surrounded by style and history.
Our Wellness Experience
Enjoy gourmet curated culinary space with custom cabinets, ambiance lighting and windows overlooking Mosaic Park.
With a limited number of residences, it’s like having your own semi-private lounge.
Custom Millwork
Virtually every wall and ceiling is adorned in custom millwork to create unmatched experience. All of the glass separating office pods was custom ordered and built. The original classroom chalkboard from the former school (circa 1908) is on display and features a custom mural designed by our resident artist.

Of course no co-work space is complete without wifi. Stay connected with Wi-Fi — perfect for work or surfing.
Extra Storage
If you need a little bit extra space, we have storage lockers available to rent. Our rates are reasonable, convenient, and provide easy access to those items that you don’t need frequently. For example, perhaps Winter clothes (during the summer), extra memorabilia, or extra boxes to free up the clutter.
