Rather than simply meet the minimum sound control rating (minimum STC rating), we exceeded that by investing in re-engineered walls, floors, and ceilings. Careful materials are selected for whisper-quiet living.

Rather than use standard interior apartment doors (hollow core), we chose to use solid core doors (made of solid material) to dramatically reduce interior noise within your apartment and add to the quality.

This quality extends to smaller details as well, such as LED lights in ceilings (most apartments require you to bring lamps in bedrooms), quiet close toilet seats, under cabinet lighting in kitchen, built in pull out trash drawers under sink, full-size washer/dryer (as opposed to smaller ones), upgraded appliances, and so much more.

The Roe has an equal if not better gym and amenity package than most high-rises in Center City, yet all in a boutique setting (the largest building has only 20 apartments).
