Our Wellness Experience
The Roe features an expansive on-site gym. In fact, it is one of the largest apartment gyms in the Manayunk area and beyond – yet it is shared among only a limited number of residences.
After your work out or yoga session, fuel up with our complimentary coffee station, relax in on-site parks, or read a book in our cozy nooks.
Yoga Flex Space
Adjacent to the main gym, we have a cardio/flex fit space for yoga, free weights, or perhaps bring your own on-demand video. A luxury Manayunk apartment with a gym and yoga flex space.
Work From Home
In addition to the gym, The Roe at Manayunk features a work from home space (co-work area) to come downstairs, grab a coffee, and get some work done outside of your apartment. The space also features a fully functioning gourmet kitchen.
If you are looking for a more private personal office, we have some of those as well. Ask Rental Consultant for details on these fees.
Extra Storage
If you need a little bit extra space, we have storage lockers available to rent. Our rates are reasonable, convenient, and provide easy access to those items that you don’t need frequently. For example, perhaps Winter clothes (during the summer), extra memorabilia, or extra boxes to free up the clutter.
